Caesar Hotel ★★★★

Amazing employees! They helped me out with last minute adjustments in my reservation and helped me book tickets to London attractions. Good location if you are arriving from Heathrow or by train.

The apartment was small and a small fridge in the apartment would be welcomed.

The breakfast was very nice - extravagant and delicious. Also the location was great. If you like to walk, you're close to Hyde Park, but also Oxford Street and the V&A and Natural History Museum. Tube was also close.

The location was fabulous, close to metro stations, to the hyde park, with lots of good restaurants. The staff was very gentle and efficient

Breakfast: it would be great to have some vegetables, and eggs, but no fried. Room a bit rusty. Small and old bathroom. Overall rooms would require a renovation. It was a bit pricy for this kind of comfort. There was a sauna but it was almost impossible to use. Small, smelly, hard to warm up and with heaters that burned my back and legs. I chose this hotel because of sauna and in the end it was no use.

The noice from the construction that was in progress . The hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere . There was no one in the bar / restaurant on which lead us to not eating there. The reception area lacks warmt

Friendly staff

Location was excellent- we went to a concert in Hyde Park so perfectly well located for this. Also short walk to Nottinghill etc

Rooms are tiny but this is to be expected I guess given the location.

Fantastic area to be located in, close to tube. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Eating in at restaurant was slightly overpriced for the quality of food. Recommend eating elsewhere

It is a good hotel. The std rooms are good with a nice Bathroom. Shower was good with plenty of spare and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Was disappointed with the breakfast. Was told that one of the chefs wasn't in and was told it would be 20 mins. One breakfast came out after 20 mins but the other didn't , after waiting another 10mins I asked how long it would be and was told the order had been mixed up. I told them that if it wasn't ready in 5 minutes I was going. It didn't come out ,so I left and went somewhere else.

My friend arrived an hour earlier than me the staff on reception wouldn’t let her check in using a debit card but wouldn’t take my payment over the telephone either which was a disappointing start to the stay Everything was set up for 1 guest in terms of number of towels slippers etc, kettle had European plug on it the staff rectified all of these when we notified them but was odd to have a double room set up for one guest

Stayed there before and will definitely stay there again. Clean, friendly staff great standard. Good sized rooms compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in London.

The staff were good, breakfast was 5 star.

No atmosphere at all,especially In the bar. The room I was shown was so small and claustrophobic I asked if I could pay for an upgrade but none available, I was shown two others which of one I took, but only as it had a mirror near a plug for my heated brush near a mirror. I felt it all very basic.

Great location, easy access to local transport, Hyde park and central London attractions

I booked a twin room as staying with a friend but this was basically two Single beds adjacent to each other with no extra space in the room to move them apart as there should be in a ‘twin room’ This made the sleeping arrangements awkward and uncomfortable. The room was small, clean and had basic amenities.

We booked on Bookings.com at the offered rate. Family member booked direct with the hotel, got a cheaper rate and an upgrade with extras. When we mentioned this there was no response from the staff. Left us feeling cheated.

Great find. Close enough to Hyde park and all that London has to offer. The hotel is spotlessly clean. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

a few of the staff were a little out of their depth and needed a little more training.

We stayed over while visiting the Hyde Park event. Accessible for that, easy to find from underground. Room well furnished and comfortable.

Bar service very slow with only one person behind the bar who could have done with more support.

Room very small but has everything in it..would take a double s ingle occupancy next time..some confusion about my bill.i paid in advance..but that was not clear to the staff..on Check in ..and also upon checkout.i was presentrd with the bill again...bar very slow for orders..nothing on the menu was available..but there was a big party there..so alot of people were ordering..sunday night late..Augustine was very nice and efficient..his staff just learning the ropes..but they were pleasant enough..just knew nothing much about bartending..place was nice enough though... but i have been in nicer rooms for cheaper in the area ..but the hotel looks nice ..and they were all friendly..i was only there a few hours..my ordered transport should have come earlier as i thought..but the receptionist asked the company ..they gave wrong info...monday morning very busy at 6 45 am ..as it is everywhere ..i almost missed my train from Kings cross .as there was an accident...i had 2 minutes to grab it..but made it in the end..all in all ..place was ok..nothing spectacular.
